The subheadings of the latter includes ‘Services to the Man’, ‘Behind the Welfare Program’, ‘Services to the Sick and Wounded’, ‘Recreation for Troops Overseas’, ‘Services to the Man and His Family’, ‘Services to the Veteran and His Family’ and ‘Service to Prisoners of War’. Subject matter date range is c. 1917-1945.

Contains both original and photocopied newspaper clippings. Predominantly advertising for war and interwar period organisations such as The Church Army, the Y.M.C.A., the National Patriotic Fund, the Red Cross and the Anzac Art Union. The publication and subject matter date ranges are c. 1918-1991.
