The booklets contain a photographic record with associated text of houses designed by Chapman-Taylor. The architect normally kept a copy of each booklet, giving the top copy to his client. The houses are those of Mr & Mrs Gilbert (1933, architect's copy) and 'No.31', the architect's own house (1937).
