Research papers consisting of election manifestos 1938-1984, and folders from S. G. Holland papers.

Access to the Sidney G. Holland Papers (National Prime Minister 1949-1957) is restricted to bona fide scholars.

This, and much of the unrestricted material came from Alan D. Robinson, a political science lecturer who studied the National party until his death in the 1970s. The part of the collection which has received significant use has been the set of party manifestos - the important parts were copied for The New Zealand Politics Sourcebook.
