"The melt-water stream from Miers Glacier began to flow on Christmas Day, right beside our campsite. We dammed it and celebrated Christmas Day with a 'swim', after a dinner of chicken, ham, and copious quantities of drambuie." Location: Miers Valley, Koettlitz Glacier region.
