Poster created from pages clipped from Caclin magazine concerning the history of the New Zealand Students Arts Council. Includes small photographs and images of: Sonny Terry and Brownie McGee, Aboriginal Dance Theatre, Blerta, Split Enz, The Australian Performing Group, Limbs Dance Company, Sam Hunt, Alistair Campbell, Jan Kemp, Hone Tuwhare, Cathy Downes, Jean-Paul Bell, the Topp Twins, Mike Nock and Los Trios Ringbarkus. The text is a history of the New Zealand Students Arts Council from the council's beginnings in 1941, through to 1983 and lists many of the artists, musicians and performers that the Council has supported. Also includes the texts: 'Edited by Brian Sweeney, designed by Jane-Marie Hodgeson for the New Zealand Students Arts Council. Copyright New Zealand Students Arts Council (Inc.) 1983'. Also includes advertisments for the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council, and Student Travel Services.
