Scope and Contents

Laminated black and white poster stating that 'The Wage Increase Is Not A Fair Deal'. Smaller print text in the middle of the poster is split into three columns titled 'Company Profits Soar', 'Share Prices Soar' and 'Spending Power Of Wages Collapses', and explains perceived inconsistencies between the rise in company profits and wage increases. Text at the bottom of the poster states: 'Support your Union, the FOL [Federation of Labour] and the CSU [Combined State Unions] in their claim for a just wage and right to negotiate with employers'.

Sticker on rear of poster states 'This poster is on long term loan to TUEA from Therese O'Connell. The poster has been laminated with a grant made available by the Ministry of Women's Affairs.'
