Laminated colour poster illustrating the seven points to remember when lifting heavy objects. Each point is numbered and illustrated by a male or female sihouette figure demonstrating the correct technique. Published by the N.S.W. Department of Industrial Relations Women's Directorate and printed in pink, black, blue and white.

Sticker on rear of poster states 'This poster is the property of the: Trade Union Education Authority, PO Box 6645 Te Aro, Wellington, (04) 852-938'.
