Les Cleveland (Evening Post Stories)
Scope and Contents
A collection of mostly newspaper clippings, along with some police charge sheets. The news stories are predominantly local and national, with topics such as aviation disasters, meat prices, fires, railways, unions, censorship, crime, trials, leisure and competitions. The publication date range is hard to define due to many of the articles being undated, of those that are the date range is c. 1948-1949. The subject matter corresponds with publication.
