Scope and Contents
A series of N.Z. Truth articles collectively titled “Court cases in Wellington reported by Les Cleveland in 1955. June 15 1955 – Nov. 20, 1956”. The cases include murder, manslaughter, assault and rape, adultery, driving charges, police misconduct, indecency, fraud, hijacking, smuggling and theft. Also included is an obituary from The Evening Post, August 14, 1997, p 7, for Arthur Henry Hart, a notable member of the Wellington Police force.
