Contains the bibliography of an unknown publication, a photocopied newspaper clipping and a proposal for a piece of writing called ‘The Failing City’. The outlined purpose of the proposed piece of writing is to “deconstruct Wellington” with sections labelled ‘History’, ‘Concept of City’, ‘Transformations’, ‘Contemporary Features’, ‘Diseases of the City’, ‘Future Options’, ‘Ghost Town’ and ‘Utopia’. The accompanying newspaper clipping is dated from 1907, the documents are otherwise undated.
