Scope and Contents
Contains the invitation, order of service and a newspaper clipping about the May 28 2007 ‘A Friend in Need’ Memorial Day service at Old St Paul’s, Wellington. The service consisted of hymns, prayers and the opening of an exhibition. The example of Florence Small is used when recounting the relationships between ‘yank’ soldiers and New Zealand women during WWII. The publication dates all appear to be in 2007. The subject matter date range is c. 1942-2007.
